I was in love with you for a very long time,
But you kept on ignoring this poor heart of mine.
How can I ever tell you, that you mean so much to me,
When you don't even see me standing here by your side.

You're hurting me every time you talked about her,
Tearing my heart into pieces hearing her name.
But you never knew, what my heart says,
crying for you to stop calling her name.

I caught you one day so sad and blue.
As I tap your shoulder asking what's new?
You looked at me and tears fall down you cheeks,
I knew she hurts you so bad that makes me weak.

She breaks your heart, as you break my mine.
But I want to comfort you with your broken heart.
Though I feel the pain, as you call her name,
I still give you a hug to at least ease the pain.

You cried on my shoulder, and I ask you to pour it out.
I'm here to comfort you and to give you love.
You stared at me for a moment, and then you smiled.
I knew you would laugh at me, so I say goodbye..

As I stepped and walk away, you called my name,
And hear you say, "Please don't go away".
I asked myself do I really need to stay?
Or just go away, to hide my feelings inside.

My eyes was damped, with shame and anger.
I knew you would just laugh and tease me.
That would make me hate myself,
showing you how hurt I was to see you hurt.

To my surprised you hold me close.
Gave me a warm embrace that I'm longing for,
You pressed you lips against me that took my breath away.
And says how sorry you are, you never knew I care
